The Educational Policy Research Development Center (EPRDC) releases Issue 1 of Volume 5 of the Policy Brief Series – A Proposed Protocol on the Disclosure of Sensitive Issues in Research Data Gathering: Inputs to Research Ethics Review. The policy brief is authored by Dr. Teresita T. Rungduin of the Educational Policy Research and Development Center (EPRDC) of the Philippine Normal University.
The policy brief covers recommendations on how research participants’ disclosure of sensitive information can be handled in the process of data gathering. The developed protocol is intended to be part of the University guidelines on research ethics review.
